Rooms provide a stunning view of the beach, with spacious balconies perfect for lounging. The 'Apaga Fogo' restaurant serves delicious dinners, and the hotel boasts a variety of facilities including pools, jacuzzis, a gym, and even a cinema.
Several amenities are located off-site, requiring time-consuming transport to access. Unexpected charges for meals and drinks surprised us at checkout, as only breakfast and one additional meal were covered in the price, leading to a frustrating billing experience. Communication barriers regarding these charges were frustrating, and the wifi was inconsistent, making planning activities difficult.

I had an amazing experience during my stay! The family-friendly environment was perfect for the kids, who loved all the organized activities. Our room had a wonderful view of the river and was spacious enough for everyone. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. However, I think the decor could use a little updating.

The family room offered a stunning view, and the direct access to the beach made it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Meals were a highlight, especially with the variety of hot dishes available—dinners at the 'Apaga Fogo' restaurant were particularly memorable. However, the furniture felt outdated, and there were times when the shuttle service could be better coordinated. Overall, the attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

We had such a fun time with the kids, especially at the pool and the outdoor play area! The beach access was a real treat, and we enjoyed relaxing in the indoor jacuzzi during the evenings. Just be ready for some extra charges at the bar. it’s a little pricey for drinks, but overall it’s a great place to unwind! 🌴

The pool area is a dream and the hotel grounds are beautiful! The sunset views are just magical, and the Aquapark is so much fun for the family. Plus, the evening rides to downtown are very convenient.
But honestly, if the walls were any dirtier, I’d think I was in a mud wrestling pit! And, surprise surprise, they still haven’t figured out the whole no plastic straws thing.
